Mangodi is a recipe prepared by soaking any particularly dal in water for 6-8 hours and grinding it in to paste after adding salt and hing to taste. Make it in small round shapes and let it dry under the sun for 2 days. The most commonly used dal is the Moong mougar and Choula mougar.To make it edible to eat by cooking, we need to crush them so place them on a clean plastic and wrap with another plastic sheet. Now using a rolling pin, crush them into fine peices.
